A guide to MineScape

This guide to MineScape will save your life... in the game! :)

Ok, so we just launched our new game MineScape (inspired on the awesome Minecraft). Now we would like to bring you information about the gameplay, crafting items, monsters, and much more!

Well, then meet our hero!
This guy would just like to collect some resources and build your own village, but there are terrible monsters out there that will make this a tough task!

For building the village (this feature will be avaiable in the game in future updates) you have to collect wood, stone, iron, gold and diamond.

And in order to collect resources you have to break raw material that will be spread through the world. The raw material you will find are:

Raw wood
Resistance: 3

Raw stone
Resistance: 6

Iron ore
Resistance: 10

Gold ore
Resistance: 12

Diamond ore
Resistance: 15

Perfect! Now you have to know that iron, gold and diamond are also used to craft items! Whenever you see a crafting table, get as close as possible to it (making the hero touch it or step on it) and touch the table with your finger to open the crafting table menu!

Resistance: unbreakable

And here is a screenshot of the crafting table menu, in which you can choose the sword or armor you would like to craft (if you have the necessary resources, of course!):

You have four kind of swords and four kind of armors, from the less strong to the strongest, they are made from iron, gold, diamond or obsidian, this last one is a combination of iron, gold and diamond, and gives you incredible power and resistance to defeat your enemies!

Iron sword
Resistance: 80; Attack: 3

Gold sword
Resistance: 80; Attack: 5

Diamond sword
Resistance: 100; Attack: 6

Obsidian sword
Resistance: 100; Attack: 8

Iron armor
Resistance: 10; Damage absorption: 20%

Gold armor
Resistance: 12; Damage absorption: 30%

Diamond armor
Resistance: 14; Damage absorption: 40%

Obsidian armor
Resistance: 18; Damage absorption: 60%

Now it's time to get to know our terrible enemies! Well, we have the zombie, the spider, the skeleton and the creeping creature.

Zombie
Probability of spawning: 30% (related to monsters)
Attack: 20
Health: 7

Spider
Probability of spawning: 50% (related to monsters)
Attack: 20
Health: 5

Skeleton
Probability of spawning: 20% (related to monsters)
Attack: 20
Health: 10

Zombies, spiders and skeletons can spawn anywhere on the game. When they die they can drop a piece of heart that partially recoveries your health, or even swords and armors (rarely).

Creeping Creature
Spawns only in specific points of the map and pursues the hero.
Attack: 70 (by self-exploding when approaching too much to the hero)
To get rid of him you have to let him as far from you as possible. If you encounter an abyss you can jump over it and the creature will fall in it.

Finally, let's talk about achievements. You can try to complete achievements in order to get some prizes like swords or even pieces of diamond.

Warming up
To complete this achievement you must cover at least 100 meters in only one sprint.

Don't stop me!
To complete this achievement you must cover at least 200 meters in only one sprint.

Now it's serious
To complete this achievement you must cover at least 500 meters in only one sprint.

Endurance
To complete this achievement you must cover at least 1000 meters in only one sprint.

Iron Warrior
Craft one iron sword and one iron armor in the same sprint.

Gold Warrior
Craft one gold sword and one gold armor in the same sprint.

Diamond Warrior
Craft one diamond sword and one diamond armor in the same sprint.

Obsidian Warrior
Craft one obsidian sword and one obsidian armor in the same sprint.


Village
We are still developing the "Village" game mode that you can see on the main menu. There you will be able to use your resources (wood, stone, iron, gold and diamond) to build a village. The idea is that the higher the level of your village more points you'll get in your overall score.
